SHRUB & HEDGE TRIMMING
Established hedges require trimming to keep them dense and compact. Formal hedges require more frequent trimming than informal hedges. Once the hedge is established and shaped, maintenance trimming is carried out, usually once a year for informal hedges and twice a year for formal hedges. Some formal hedges may need three cuts a year. Maintenance trimming is generally done between spring and summer. Utilizing commercial grade hedge trimmers, we will trim your hedges as desired and remove all clippings from the area.
Don’t allow your shrub to grow out of control. If this happens, the only way to correct the issue may be a hard pruning which may leave the plant looking a little ragged. But don’t stress, it will only take a solid growing season for the plant to recover and for you to enjoy the true beauty of a healthy shrub.
